Employability Service for Research Staff

The Employability Service for Research Staff (ESRS) provides Career Management and related professional development guidance for Research Staff employed by the UoB.  The dedicated Employability and Career Management Advisor, works with Research Staff on fixed and open term contracts.  Whether you aspire to stay in academia or advance outside, the ESRS could be what you need.
